Downloader is not copying all files on X-series cam

Post by ozzyblaze »

Some files, particularly in park mode (I have timelapse mode configured for park mode) are not downloading

The downloader seems to ignore _IF and _IR files (impact front and impact rear) which are created during park mode

Are you aware of the issue and is there an update incoming?

Images attached for your convenience - one with the filelist on the sd card and the other with the HDD copy of the files (missing the IF and IR files)

Thanks

Have submitted version 4.7.3 to Windows Store for Approval, which can take up to 3 days...

Should fix this issue, let me know if anything else you notice.

Also adds:

4.7.3
Add new Option for each Camera of DateTime range for priority Download.
Select Date Time from start to end, eg. 1/1/21 1am to 1/1/21 5am - click Download - Camera will prioritise this time and day and download these files first on next or with current connection.
Once finished, will return to usual downloading as selected
Enables quick download of interested time frame, before returning to usual processing.
Hopefully bug fix for IF and IR files not downloading if timelapse in Parking mode (X-Series Cameras only)
Add 6 hours buffer to datetime of files in case Camera Datetime out of sync with computer to avoid missing recent files

I just noticed a further issue

The file cleanup function is not cleaning up the IR and IF files (I've got my app set to keep video footage for 7 days but the Parking impact files are still there from over 2 weeks ago)

Screenshot attached displaying nothing but my .gps files except for 3 impact files just left behind there (*_I.3gf, *_IF.mp4, *IR.mp4)

Next version 4.8.1 submitted to store, fixing this and better supporting all the new X series event files.
