IP address is all we need ! But obviously fixed IP is based on MAC which presume was the issue here.

Double check you aren’t uploading to cloud from the blackvue camera at the same time?

Also would check whether local network traffic is affecting or just internet - because does seem odd….

Essentially the error means that the BlackVue camera can’t supply the file. If other files/GPS files are working - then drive permissions should be fine. So likely left with a file issue on the Camera Can change the priority settings (which will then download other files first) - if it is the same f...

I would guess that having settings disappear once following a massive windows update, is different to them not saving at all.

I would presume in your case - it will be user permissions setting, or a wider group policy causing the issue.

Hi Just to update here from emails. Looking at the GPS data; there is no valid recorded GPS data being received. As you report there is no GPS light on the camera and the Blackvue app from SD-Card doesn’t show any GPS data. All-in-all - seems like this is a Dash camera issue, and not Blackvue Downlo...

I know it worked at one point. I will update the camera's firmware and see if that fixes it. In looking at the GPS files, some of them are 0 bytes in size, will that cause an issue?
