I can confirm - 4.9.9 is running and downloading without apparent problem on update windows 11 system.

Please let me know what you are seeing if the issue continues?

Hi Will likely relate to where you are trying to save the file. Either: Drive / ‘Interface’ issues - eg. Network location or Permission issues for that drive (remembering that BVD isn’t the same as the local user regarding drive permissions etc.) or Something else completely! Glenn Sent from my iPad...

IP address is all we need ! But obviously fixed IP is based on MAC which presume was the issue here.

Double check you aren’t uploading to cloud from the blackvue camera at the same time?

Also would check whether local network traffic is affecting or just internet - because does seem odd….

Essentially the error means that the BlackVue camera can’t supply the file. If other files/GPS files are working - then drive permissions should be fine. So likely left with a file issue on the Camera Can change the priority settings (which will then download other files first) - if it is the same f...

I would guess that having settings disappear once following a massive windows update, is different to them not saving at all.

I would presume in your case - it will be user permissions setting, or a wider group policy causing the issue.

Hi Just to update here from emails. Looking at the GPS data; there is no valid recorded GPS data being received.
